Aspect is the world leader in Call Center software and hardware.  As they moved from traditional telephony based devices into a computer based system, they needed a device to take calls when the system went down.

The WinSet adapter lets the operator take the call, jot down some simple notes and get back to the caller when the system came back up.  It has an easy to use mounting plate that lets the user tuck the WinSet under the desk when not in use and features dual telephone headset ports for training purposes.
